1. Can I manage my files from the Control Panel? |
| |
Yes you can manage files from your control panel. Log into your control panel and click on the link marked ' File Manager ', under the Other Utilities heading. For more advanced file management, we recommend using an FTP client program (i.e. CuteFTP, WS_FTP etc.).

2. How do I add a sub-domain? |

To create a sub-domain:
Make a directory inside your public_html directory that you would like your sub-domain to use (point to).
Log into your control panel and click the link marked ' Sub-domains ' under the Other Utilities heading.
Follow the instructions and select the folder you made in the previous step.

3.
How do I check my website stats? |

You can check your website stats in the Control Panel. Log into your control panel and click ' Analog Statistics ', ' Bandwidth Usage ', ' Raw Access Log ', or ' ReportMagic Stats ' under the Statistics heading.
Note: The statistics area does not keep a 'unique' hitcount of your visitors. For a unique hitcount, we recommend using the counter script provided in your control panel.

4. I cannot log into my control panel. |

If you aren't able to log into your control panel, and you have already made sure your password is correct and that you've included the trailing / at the end of yourdomain.com/admin / , you may be behind a firewall or on a network that is blocking port 2000. If you are in an office setting, check to make sure your network administrator is not blocking port 2000. The control panel uses port 2000.

5. I lost my control panel password. How can i retrieve it? |

If you lost your control panel password, please create a ticket from our support centre home page. You will be contacted through phone and the password will be given only to the authorised person.
